The Moment’s menu will feature traditional dishes from the Catalan cookbook such as arroz caldoso (rice dish with broth), fricandó (veal s tew) and suquet (fish stew). The Moment’s dining room is an ultimately chic space; gold and amber touches glint in the bright daylight and shimmer in the evening. Private dining behind a sheer curtain presents an intimate view over the kitchen. Beyond tall windows a cascade of green flows onto the terrace for al fresco dining or aperitifs. From here guests can stroll up to the landscaped garden.
